The More You Grow by Leo L., 701

The More You Grow
The more you grow, the more you understand.
The more burdens are placed in your hands.
The more issues that force you to take a stand.
The once straight path has now more turns and bends.
The more you grow, the more you know.
The more you want to let go.
The fast paced lifestyle you wish would slow.
The more fluctuation, the highs and the lows.
The more you grow, the more insight you gain.
The growth, yet deterioration of your brain.
The more intense you feel the pain.
Your words and actions; less filter and restrain.
The more you grow, the more laughter and smiles.
The more you have internal strife and self-held trials.
The more sadness, hate, tears, and hardships.
The more happiness, love, grins, and nostalgia.
