To me, true friends are always there for you,
during both good and bad times.
They always know what to say or do,
to bring you out of the blue and back to acting like you.
A true friend is there to lend a shoulder in times of distress,
They are always quick to lend a hand,
and help you stand.
They can make you smile,
even when your in denial.
They can make you laugh like there is no tomorrow,
even when you’re feeling sorrow.
True friendship stands tall,
as sturdy as a stone brick wall.
You will know once you’ve found a true friend,
cause they’ll stick out for you ‘till the very end.
